The goal of our conference is to educate employers, teachers, leaders and influencers on the importance of diversity and inclusion within our workforce and economy. It is our mission to empower individuals living with developmental disabilities and their families to live fully authentic lives within our communities.
This conference will advocate for individuals living with disabilities to enter the workforce and economy. Our talented speakers will provide leaders with tools on how to achieve inclusiveness and will provide families with the knowledge on how individuals with disabilities can enter the workforce.
